Ingredients for 2 people, 295 kcal pp
- 60 grams Oats
- 60 g Apricot & pumpkin spread (or use 50 g pumpkin puree and 4 chopped (dried) apricots)
- 300 ml skimmed milk
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Put the oats, milk and banana in a pan and bring to a simmer (or heat in microwave). Add the pumpkin spread, cinnamon and nutmeg, stir through and heat for a few more minutes until it becomes deliciously thick and creamy.
