Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients for 2 people, 295 kcal pp

  • 60 grams Oats
  • 60 g Apricot & pumpkin spread (or use 50 g pumpkin puree and 4 chopped (dried) apricots)
  • 300 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste


Put the oats, milk and banana in a pan and bring to a simmer (or heat in microwave). Add the pumpkin spread, cinnamon and nutmeg, stir through and heat for a few more minutes until it becomes deliciously thick and creamy.
