A cookery clinic in the comfort of your own house, where you learn how to prepare delicious and healthy meals. Pleasure without the guilt!
The clinic can be done on an individual base, but also arranged for groups, as long as it fits in your kitchen. A great idea for a bachelorette party in Utrecht or an enjoyable activity with your friends.
You work with fresh ingredients and make recipes developed by Slim Life. All whilst learning what healthy cooking entails and how you can easily swap unhealthy ingredients for smarter options. Of course there will be enough time for discussion and questions. You finish the clinic with a fully cooked meal (see below), which you can then enjoy!
The fresh ingredients are provided by yourself or Slim Life, depending on your wishes. Various basic utensils and ingredients are assumed to be at your location, such as pans, knives, herbs and spices. A list will be sent to you with all necessities and if you’re missing anything, it usually can be provided upon request. The recipes will be sent to you afterwards to keep. Allergies, intolerances and specific dietary wishes (eg vegetarian) are no problem as long as they are communicated well ahead of time.
Depending on the type and number of dishes, the clinic take between 1,5 to 3 hours.
Beforehand we discuss which (type of) dishes we will make. The standard recipe is for 2 people, but naturally this can be adapted to your wishes. If you have a favourite unhealthy recipe that you would like to change to a healthy version, that is also possible.
Groups can choose either a two course or three course meal. You can choose from the following themes: Italian, Spanish, Asian, French or American.
